  Quiero agradecer especialmente al doctor Ricardo de esta clínica.
Mi caso era bastante complicado: un molar que había crecido inclinado, completamente afectado por la caries y con el nervio expuesto. Además, estaba embarazada de 31 semanas.
Me rechazaron en varias clínicas de Adeslas Dental, incluso en Urgencias. Tampoco pudieron ayudarme en Urgencias de un hospital público, alegando diferentes motivos: que no se podían hacer radiografías durante el embarazo, que no se podía extraer un molar sin una radiografía, que no se podía realizar una extracción durante el embarazo, que no había un dentista de urgencias, etc.
A nadie parecía importarle que ni siquiera pudiera tumbarme, que llevara un día entero sin dormir y que estuviera sufriendo un dolor terrible.
El doctor Ricardo tardó aproximadamente 15 minutos en solucionar mi problema. Y no necesitó una radiografía de toda la mandíbula a tamaño completo. Con una precisión casi quirúrgica supo exactamente cómo estaba colocado el diente y cómo extraerlo sin destrozarme media mejilla.
Me han extraído dientes muchas veces a lo largo de mi vida, pero nunca había encontrado un profesional con semejante nivel de precisión y experiencia. Lo extrajo con tanta delicadeza que en la gasa apenas había unas gotas de sangre. Normalmente, después de una extracción, he tenido sangrado durante varios días, pero esta vez no. Esa misma noche ya no sangraba absolutamente nada.
Y hubo una frase suya que en aquel momento me pareció casi imposible: «Si te duele, toma paracetamol. Si no te duele, no lo tomes».
Yo pensé: «¿Cómo que no me va a doler? ¡Es imposible que después de sacar un molar no me duela!».
Pues aquí estoy, más de 24 horas después de la extracción, y no he tomado ni una sola pastilla para el dolor. Simplemente no la he necesitado.
No se dejen engañar por la ausencia de un enorme centro moderno, por las grandes instalaciones o por la publicidad en televisión. Este hombre es un auténtico profesional y un verdadero maestro de su profesión.
Creo que este fue un ejemplo perfecto de cómo la experiencia, la precisión y la verdadera profesionalidad de la «vieja escuela» pueden dar jaque mate a toda la parafernalia de las grandes y modernas cadenas dentales.

  Чудова клініка, та професійний лікар, в іншій клініці казали  видалити зуб, а тут його залікували,та зробили професійну чистку. Також лікар знає добре англійську що є великим плюсом для кращої  комунікації. Рекомендую!!!

  Me encantó ! El doctor Ricardo es muy profesional . Estuve buscando un dentista a última hora para que me ayudara pero tenía que tener cita en la mayoría de los casos. Fui a Ceam y con gusto me atendieron  el mismo día , me sentí muy aliviada y además tienen muybuenos precios .. Recomendado, muy buen servicio ..

  Broke my tooth and filling while on holidays and rocked up at Ceam Dental Clinic and was seen and treated straight away. The Dentist and staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

  I thank the specialist dentist and the team. As a foreigner, I never expected to receive such exceptional care so quickly. After an accident, one of my front teeth was knocked out and another was badly broken. They managed to replant my tooth, carry out a root canal, and restore everything within 24 hours.

Their professionalism, expertise, and efficiency were outstanding. I'm incredibly grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of specialist dental treatment.

  I was very grateful to come across CEAM Dental while travelling in Madrid, I had some complications from a previous dental surgery and the team were amazing at diagnosing and treating the problem quickly and reassuringly.

As I do not speak Spanish, I really appreciated that the team were able to explain everything to me in English.

They were extremely professional, warm and I can’t recommend them enough.
They were even kind enough to let me stay and watch the World Cup celebration as they had the best view!!

I highly recommend CEAM.
